Our Professional Services team partners with our Higher Education clients to ensure positive outcomes and mutual growth. We assist Higher Education clients in managing their SITS products and services, helping them to fully leverage the platform's capabilities.

Our SITS: Vision product is a comprehensive Student Information System designed for higher education institutions. It helps manage various aspects of the student journey, from recruitment and admissions to student support, retention, and outcomes.

The role is remote with the need to travel as required.

The Role

The Senior Professional Services Consultant will handle every phase of Tribal’s implementation lifecycle and post-implementation consultancy, with a focus on the finance function of our platform. You will provide excellent service for both new and existing customers. In this senior role, you will serve as the escalation point, offering technical advice to customers and being an active team member who provides guidance and encouragement to the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Understand and apply techniques in delivering and adapting consultancy and service delivery.
Gather requirements from customers to support process improvements.
Provide training on our SITs platform to our customers.
Supporting with demonstration of software.
Act as the point of escalation for more complex queries.
Work in partnership with the development team raising bugs that need fixing and resolving technical challenges.
Act as a mentor to junior members of the team.

The skills you’ll need:
A well rounded knowledge of the SITS product.
Direct experience within a Higher Education setting.
The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, with customer service underpinning all aspects of your work.

It would be great if you had:
Experience of working with a SaaS platform.
