Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from dirt and debris.
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A customer service-oriented attitude is essential, as the role involves direct interaction with clients.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites.
