ElringKlinger (GB) Ltd are currently recruiting for Temporary Production Operators to join the business.
This is a temporary contract.
Tasks:
Carrying out various manual production tasks in a busy production factory environment such as:
- Following safety instructions & procedures
- Operating machinery in line with standard procedures
- Loading and unloading parts onto machines / work benches
- Assembly work
- Quality Inspection - Packing & Labeling - Completing various types of paperwork / documentation - General housekeeping
Skills & Experience required:
Essential
- Numeracy & Literacy - minimum must be equivalent to Level 1 Functional Skills - Reliable - Good Timekeeping and Attendance Record - Strong work ethic - Good attention to detail - Good level of dexterity - Flexible to work shifts - Flexible to work overtime
Desirable
- Previous experience in similar role - NVQ Level 2 in Performing Manufacturing Operations (PMO) - NVQ Level 2 in Business Improvements Techniques (BIT)
Core Hours = 37 hours per week
Rate of Pay will be £12.21 per hour.
Shift Patterns incude:
- Days = 7am - 3pm (Monday - Friday) - Backshift = 3pm - 11pm (Monday - Friday) - Nightshift* = 11pm - 7am (Sunday - Thursday)
* if nightshift is worked you will receive an additional payment of £90 per week.
