What is the Job Role?
Ensure quality standard of finished product is met.- Contribute to team performance by achievement of targets.
- Loading and unloading of jigs.
- Operation of overhead cranes.
- Handling of steel products.
- Hand-wiring products to jigs.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidates will be part of a small team and must be able to work to the required targets and highest standards. Experience of galvanising is desirable; however, additional training is available if required. A valid fork lift licence is desirable.
Please note that there is some manual work involved, therefore you should be physically fit.
What can we offer?
- Weekly pay.
- Friday to Sunday, 6am to 6pm; 33 actual working hours per week with an additional 7 hours weekend allowance at £12.85 per hour.
- Overtime available, paid at time and a half.
- 28 days paid holidays pro rata (196 hours), including bank holidays.
- Holidays increase with service to a maximum of 25 days pro rata plus bank holidays.
