Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Waste monitoring /monitoring of labour hours/adhering to KPIs set by the production Manager
Skills:
- Can do attitude is fundamental to this role
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities- Mechanical knowledge to understand and operate production machinery- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in production processes- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

Rate of pay subject to experience and completion of evaluation period.

Pay: From £12.61 per hour
