- overtime after 42.5 hours at 125%, unsociable hours 00:00-06:00 at 15%
- Hourly rate rises to £12.41 per hour after 12 months.

What you will do:
- Add the right number of flowers, greenery, or decorations to the belt to meet production speed.
- Make parallel bouquets.
- Prepare glass or pot products for production.
- Sleeve or wrap bouquets, box them, strap them, and fill buckets.
- Pack bouquets into buckets or boxes, checking specifications on time.
- Notice any quality issues and report them to the Line Leader right away.
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage during production.
- Label packaging and plants correctly according to specifications.
- Keep the production area clean and tidy.
- Pack finished bouquets into boxes based on customer requirements.
- Add extras to boxes as needed per customer instructions.
- Complete bouquets and plants in the production area.
- Work safely, efficiently, and keep the area clean.
Full training provided and we have translators on site to assist.
