Role definition:
Due to continued expansion we are looking for more team members to join us.
Working in a busy, fast paced food processing business, the main purpose of the packing operative role is to bag and box products ready to be dispatched out to our customers.
There's plenty of variety in the role and progression.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure products are packaged to Hunts Smokehouse customer specification.
To ensure work is carried out to the best of your ability to meet production deadlines
Cleaning production areas and equipment.
To seek training to maintain skills and progress within the business
To work as part of a team whilst complying with food hygiene training at all times
Knowledge and Experience:
Strong attention to detail
Great team ethic and a flexible approach to work
The ability to work in this physically demanding role
Desirable
Previous factory experience
Schedule:
Flexible Day Shift 6am-4pm
Job Type: Full-time
