The Role
The Pastry Room are looking for a number of positive and hard-working individuals to join our growing establishment and who wants to develop themselves with us.
The position will include such activities as collecting raw ingredients, weighing out recipes, blending, packing and palletising finished product.
You should be able to work well as part of a team and have self-drive showing initiative and willingness to learn “on the job”.
Training will be given in all aspects of our manufacturing processes and standards of safe working practices.
Key duties and responsibilities include.
- To have a want and desire to grow yourself and learn
- Work safely and efficiently
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Work well as part of a team and as an individual
- Work to production plans and meet goals
- Have good communication skills
*The role involves lifting of ingredient sacks and boxes up to 25kg so you should be physically capable and willing.
Based in Elsham, North Lincolnshire and within travelling distance of Brigg, Scunthorpe, Barton-upon-Humber & Grimsby. You will require your own transport.
