Are you ready to be a part of a dynamic team at the forefront of the packaging industry? Cepac Ltd, the UK’s leading independent corrugated packaging producer, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join us as Production Operators at our Rawcliffe Bridge site.
Hours of work are a rotating double day shift 06.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00 Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- To fully comply with Company Health & Safety, Hygiene & Environmental regulations.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all production processes.
- Monitor and control the production process to meet output targets.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience of working in a high volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Experience of running multi point gluing machines would be advantageous.
