The Role
Production & Listings Consultants are responsible for providing a high quality and efficient customer experience, ably guiding sellers through the processes involved in bringing a property to market. They administer and manage the required documentation/information involved in support of the sales of clients properties whilst also producing quality copy for the sales particulars e.g. editing floor plans, virtual tours, and images, ensuring accuracy and house styles are adhered to.
The successful candidate will work closely with other departments across the business to ensure smooth transitions between teams but also liaise between clients and third parties to arrange appointments and managing the diaries for field-based colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Daily activities including:
Ensure all policies, processes and workflows are adhered to in an accurate and efficient manner
- Establish and develop a good rapport with our clients, corresponding via phone and email in a welcoming and friendly manner at all times and demonstrating a solid understanding of the property selling process
- Ably plan and manage the photographer diaries, ensuring adequate time for travel
- Guide the clients through the selling process, making them aware of timescales and managing their expectations
- Clearly explain the AML ID process to clients. Upon receipt of the information, review and document the submissions, following Law Society and internal guidelines
- Accurately provide all necessary information to third parties (ie. surveyors)
- Understand and adhere to GDPR legislation at all times
- Create accurate and engaging text for the sales particulars. Prepare the brochure, floor plan, virtual tour, and send the materials to the client for their review
- Make any necessary requested amendments to the advert, in line with legal/marketing advertising standards
- Accurately finalise, upload and transpose information and materials for external marketing in anticipation of handing over to the designated Consultant
- Create and raise accurate invoices
- Support other areas and colleagues within the business as required
Act as an ambassador for MOV8 in delivering exceptional and excellent customer service
Key Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail- Ability to multitask and work in a time-pressured role whilst upholding high quality standards at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good telephone manner
- A thorough and able grasp of the English language, grammar, and writing conventions
- Experience working to tight deadlines
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Excellent IT skills
- Adaptability, with effective prioritisation and organisational skills
- A personable customer-centric approach

Remuneration
We can offer a competitive salary of £22,500 to £25,000 per annum, plus bonus, depending upon your experience of property sales processes.
Hours of work are 35 per week, working Monday to Friday on a rotated shift basis covering 8am - 4pm or 9am to 5pm with an occasional Saturday or Sunday shift allocated on a rota basis. You will receive a monthly bonus based on hitting individual and team targets. You will also receive 29 days annual leave per annum and a statutory pension contribution.
