12-hour shifts 18:00 06:00 Monday to Thursday

Due to our ever-increasing production demand, we are looking to recruit a Production Facilitator on our night shift team.
Reporting into the Night Shift Supervisor, the successful candidate will support the delivery of busy in-house production through fast and precise handling of our processes, including moulding and assembly, operating relevant machinery and working towards achieving set performance targets, ensuring our customers receive orders in a timely efficient manner.
The successful candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail and thrive on working as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
- To undertake Production duties which will include moulding, powder coating, assembling & packaging to an outstanding standard with a rapid product turnaround
- To maintain Production equipment to minimise down time and optimise efficiency.
- To achieve agreed KPIs
- To embrace and promote health and safety and work within set guidelines.
- To maintain housekeeping requirements, keeping the warehouse clean and tidy to a standard that optimises efficiency.
- To actively contribute and support the delivery of projects as and when required.
- To assist with other in-house production as and when required.
- To support the Logistics Team as and when required
