What You’ll Do


  • Work collaboratively to plan production lines that support efficient operations and meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate production capacity planning for assigned lines.
  • Help manage warehouse stock levels, keeping costs efficient and monitoring key stock thresholds.
  • Support the timely ordering of materials by working closely with sales teams and suppliers.
  • Source non-manufactured materials to meet both production and customer requirements, following order and receipt processes.
  • Keep production-related data up to date, including bills of materials (BOM), routing, material records, and purchasing info.
  • Support accurate and timely control of production data.
  • Play an active role in achieving departmental goals and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For


  • Experience in production planning, especially in a manufacturing environment, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
