Main duties include:
- Data Entry of Customer contracts
- Managing paperwork and distributing accordingly
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Liaise with Customers and Suppliers where required
- Ad hoc admin tasks
- Work with and support our Accounts Administrator
- Assist and support Directors and Management team when required
Skills and experience required:
- Previous Admin experience (data entry)
- Good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Hours of work are Monday to Friday and can be negotiable to suit the right candidate
Current hours are 7:45 -16:30 Monday - Thursday and 13:45 finish on Friday

Pay: £24,750.00-£26,500.00 per year
