The Opportunity
Tilbury Grinding Station is our brand-new, state-of-the-art cement terminal. As Process Optimisation Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the performance of this flagship site from day one.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day process optimisation across the site, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient production of products. You’ll oversee the site’s laboratory function and work cross-functionally to maximise output, energy efficiency, and quality control in a 24/7 production environment.
As a key member of the site leadership team, you’ll coach and support production teams, challenge performance norms, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Bringing together insights from operations, engineering, maintenance, and quality you’ll unlock the full potential of this site.
Who you are
You’ll be excited about the opportunity to work in a new site with the latest technologies available.
You bring strong experience in process optimisation from a 24/7 industrial setting, whether that’s; cement, aggregates, milling, petrochemicals, or a similar environment.
You understand how to make data work, using it to identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency gains across process, maintenance, and quality functions.
You're hands-on, collaborative, and a natural leader – capable of motivating teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
