We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Print & Design Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are eager to develop their skills.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:30-17:00
Job-description
You will join a team of five in the Print and Design department. The main tasks of this office-based role are:
· Printing and maintaining ingredients labels from product specifications
· Printing personalised labels for customer orders
· Printing, packing and sending product labels to suppliers
· Producing customer Point of Sale material such as display-stand header boards, shelf strips, product posters etc
· Providing the sales team with sales material – business cards, product deal/drive line posters etc
· Assisting with monthly label stock checks
· A flexible approach to workload duties
· Maintaining excel spreadsheets, inputting and deleting data as required
Your profile
You will be bright, articulate and PC literate and possess good organisational skills. The ability to prioritise and a high level of attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively within a team and independently. A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent grades A – C is essential. Knowledge of desktop publishing and photo editing software would be advantageous but not essential.
