About the Position:
As Principal Consultant you will grow and develop both new and existing client relationships through optimizing opportunities to expand our service and to meet client’s strategic and operational needs. You’ll create and develop innovative learning solutions in both IT and non-IT sectors with multiple interventions/topics, additionally you will directly support the DoC to identify, manage and resource the future pipeline of consulting work and to quality assure the outputs of the consulting team. Your role will be 40% management and 60% consulting.
ESSENTIAL
This role requires DV Clearance or the ability to successfully undergo DV Clearance & maintain this level of clearance.
Duties:
- Prepare and review bids, tenders, proposals and presentations with relevant internal SMEs to deliver high quality product offerings that meet partner requirements.
- Lead a team of Senior Solutions Consultants and take ownership of their professional development.
- Monitor the work of Senior Solutions Consultants; track their utilisation on chargeable solutions and time spent on un-chargeable recorded client work.
- End to end delivery of learning solutions for your customers/partners within agreed targets of time and cost.
- Pipeline development and new business wins.
- Pipeline and resource management.
- Quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review bids, tenders, proposals and presentations with relevant internal SMEs to deliver high quality product offerings that meet partner requirements.
About you:
- Experience developing profitable end-to-end blended learning solutions for a wide range of programmes.
Experience of leading consulting teams to deliver revenue in accordance with financial targets and objectives.
- Demonstrable track record of successful account management.
- Experience of planning, designing and developing complex learning programmes with cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing an MVP in area of speciality.
- Experience writing and presenting large proposals and bids.
