We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to lead our wraparound care provision, delivering a safe, fun and welcoming environment for primary-aged children before and after school.
You'll plan and oversee a variety of activities, support the wellbeing of the children in your care, and work closely with us and the school you are based at to maintain high standards.

Your Role:
- Lead and manage the daily running of the before and after-school club.
- Plan and deliver a range of engaging activities that support children’s physical, social, and emotional development.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all children in your care.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues.
- Manage the set-up and pack-down of sessions, ensuring the environment is clean, safe, and inviting.
- Maintain accurate records, including registers and incident logs.
- Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies.
- Support and mentor other team members, ensuring high-quality delivery at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children aged 4–11 years (essential).
- A relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare, playwork, teaching assistant, or sports qualification (desirable).
- Someone who is friendly, organised, flexible, and dependable.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with young people.
- Paediatric first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding qualifications would be a bonus, but training can be provided.

Pay: £14.34-£15.69 per hour
