We are passionate about creating a learning environment for children which recognises developmental stages which we have built into our pedagogy and to enhance our growth further we are developing our KS1 as a continuous provision environment.
We are currently recruiting two LSAs to expand our intake from September 2025 with our second EYFS class and opening our first ever year 1 class, a real blank canvas to build upon and as we develop year on year.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced in EYFS and Year 1, are keen to share their ideas and individuals who see working with children as a reflective and ongoing discipline.
We are in our sixth year since opening, located just north of Horsham, West Sussex. From our founding Reception class who started September 2024 we will grow to become an all-through school for 1620 students aged 4-16 with a nursery facility by September 2030.
We are part of the supportive and innovative Bohunt Education Trust which has nine secondary schools across four local authorities: Hampshire, Portsmouth, West Sussex and Wokingham; Bohunt Horsham opened in September 2019, and the newest addition, Bohunt Farnborough joined in January 2024. You will benefit from being part of a multi-academy trust offering the support of experienced colleagues across our schools and greater opportunities for career progression for those with both potential and aspirations to progress.
Potential candidates may make informal enquiries to Ms Lisa Wright, Director of Primary Education, by email: [email protected].
