Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours Per week
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Job Description:
Digital Solutions Team lead will be responsible leading a team of developers and ensuring delivery of scalable, efficient and secure business applications and solutions. This is will involve leading daily scrums, involved within development work and project assignments, but not limited to QA and testing.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in agile workflows and daily scrums
- Using Azure devops to operate the team using sprint planning and agile working to deliver timelines and updates to stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior developers
- Contribute to AI use-case discussions (MS Copilot)
- Create better use of Dateverse and Sharepoint integration technologies
- Working closely with Digital Solutions Architect and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met that align with the overall business goal
- Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, design, governance and security
- Implement and manage ALM (application Lifecycle Management) processes for PowerPlatform
- Plan and implement guardrails and controls to support the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Co-pilot Studio and other Power Platform related technologies to enable the creation of low code solutions.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Power platforms and desirable Dynamics experience
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team through their development
- API integrations, including but not limited to Graph API, Rest API platforms and third party built API endpoints.
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, OAuth technologies.
- Azure logic app or similar type of application
- Scripting and programming knowledge (Python, Powershell, Power FX)
- Communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with other technical and business teams
- Experience in building strong dynamic relationships with other internal and external teams.
- Knowledge/experience of CICD pipelines for Power Platforms to be used in conjunction with DevOps
