We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions with professionalism and care.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Communications with other network depots to ensure delivery performance is kept.
- Communication with our own drivers to ensure KPI's are maintained.
- Work closely and report to the Depot Manager.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Keep the workspace organised and ensure compliance with company policies.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a courier transport or logistics related arena would be an advantage but not a necessity.
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday 45.00 hours per week 11:00 - 20:00.
