When We Need You
Our "Host" role offers flexible hours, with a focus on weekends, school holidays, and peak times such as half-term, Easter, and the summer season. Shifts are managed through an easy-to-use electronic rota system, allowing you to set your availability in advance. Simply let us know when you’re available, and we’ll match you with shifts that suit your schedule!
What You’ll Be Doing as a Play Host
Ready for a super fun job? As a Play Host, you’ll get to dive into a world of ice cream-themed adventure, whilst helping our visitors create unforgettable memories! You’ll be part of the action at some of our most popular attractions, including:
- Fun Factory – An ice cream-themed indoor soft play.
- Honeycomb Canyon – Europe’s largest indoor sand and water play area.
- The Loft – An epic arcade space where older visitors can unwind.
- Strawberry Falls – A super cool 12-hole adventure golf course set around a waterfall.
- Silvercone – Our battery-powered quad bike race track.
- Gemstone Cove – Pan for precious gems and discover hidden treasures.
- Marshmallow Mound – Bounce high on giant inflatable pillows.
We’re looking for team members who are ready to bring their energy, creativity, and sense of fun to our family-focused environment. You’ll need to be approachable, show initiative, and want to help create incredible customer experiences. We also want you to take pride in your appearance and your work, helping us keep the positive vibes flowing in our team.
No prior experience? No problem! We provide full training for all our Host roles, so you’ll be fully prepared for all the fun!
