New OpportunityDavies are looking to recruit a Planning and Support Administrator to join our Motor Engineering team in Bolton. Joining Davies as a Planning and Support Administrator means that you’ll be the planning our engineers routes, booking inspections and supporting customers. So, you’ll need to be a great communicator, well organised and dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service

What will your day look like:
Dealing with inbound/outbound callsArranging inspections with customers
Dealing with queries from customers, insurance companies and repair
Liaise with garages both via e-mail and the telephone.
Data inputting and accepting new jobs onto database
Route planning for field engineers
Ensuring work is performed within SLA
Knowledge and Abilities:
A professional and adaptable communication style - both written and verbal;Efficient administrative skills;
Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills;
A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach
There are no specific qualifications that we demand for the role; and although we welcome those with previous industry experience, it’s transferable skills and qualities that we value here at Davies
