Key Essential Skills
- 2 – 5 years planning experience
- P6 Primavera
- Adaptable
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels
- You need to understand planning and have experience delivering a project utilising the following: network logic, float paths, WBS/CBS creation, possibly EVM, resource levelling, monthly update cycle, change control, What-If, fragnets etc
- Be able to make good judgement calls on planning.
- Needs to understand the role of a planner, it’s requirements each month and be able to deliver to the business rhythm.
- Experience in highly regulated industry beneficial (nuclear/oil/construction)
- Candidates need strong prioritisation skills and be able to focus on varied and changing priorities.
- Good IT skills, including Excel as a must.

- Excel

Previous Authority Experience required
- Highly regulated industry beneficial – highly desirable
- Public sector – not essential
