We are recruiting for a Planned Preventative Maintenance Administrator to join us here at Octavius.

You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
As a Planned Preventative Maintenance Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the PPM Coordinators and Manager with the day-to-day administration of our maintenance contracts. You'll help ensure we meet our statutory obligations and Network Rail requirements, contributing to the smooth execution of planned maintenance schedules and the development of a new asset management system. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our maintenance operations.

A team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across a variety of frameworks with clients such as Network Rail. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, direct labour, and our subcontractor supply chain to ensure maintenance works are completed to programme and in line with SFG20 standards.

- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a maintenance or engineering environment.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications/relevant experience).
- A willingness to attend site or supplier visits as part of your development.
