Since our inception our team has grown from 1 to 4 (in only 8 months!) and we’re on the lookout AGAIN for a new teammate to join the Slice Slice Baby crew — someone who’s up for rolling with a fun, fast-paced team and isn’t afraid to get a bit floury along the way.
Who are we?
We serve up hand-stretched sourdough pizzas using regenerative Wildfarmed flour (aka the good stuff), bringing feel-good food to local communities. Think banging pizzas, good tunes, and a tight-knit team that keeps things chill but professional.
Who are we looking for?
Kitchen experience is not vital but a passion for food certainly is, we care more about someone who brings the right attitude. If you’ve got a genuine love for cooking, you’re confident learning new skills (like hand-stretching dough), and you’re not afraid to get stuck in, we want to hear from you.
We’re a small team and our big plans continue, so this is a great chance to get involved early doors. It‘s early days but, for the right person, there’s potential to grow with us and step into a leadership role as we scale.
And yes — you must have a sense of humour. No kitchen divas here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making our sourdough pizzas to spec (don’t worry — we’ll show you how!)
- Prepping ingredients and keeping things fresh and tidy
- Following food safety practices (we like our kitchens like we like our dough: clean and well-balanced)
- Getting involved with setup, service and pack down
- Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver smooth, friendly service
When you’ll be working:
- Most shifts are evenings 5-9
- Some lunch time shifts 12-4
- Occasional weekend events at the moment
What we’re looking for:
- A passion for food and cooking (even if it’s just at home… for now)
- Keen to learn, take direction, and grow into the role
- Confident, friendly, and reliable
- Great team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to occasionally work weekends for special events

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 28 per week
