Job Vacancy: Piano Instructor (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Location: Northwich, Cheshire and surrounding areas
Start Date: September 2025
This is a contracted employment role – not freelance or self-employed.
That means:
- You're paid monthly via payroll (no chasing invoices)
- You receive holiday pay and are enrolled in our pension scheme

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging 1:1 piano lessons for students of all ages and abilities
- Foster strong foundational skills in technique, reading, and expression
- Tailor teaching to individual learning styles and goals (including classical, pop & exam-based learning)
- Provide regular feedback and communicate clearly with students and parents
- Be reliable, punctual, and well-organised with lesson schedules
- Collaborate with the wider teaching team and support student performances
Requirements:
- Proficient pianist (Grade 8 standard minimum) — strong knowledge of ABRSM and Trinity exam syllabuses.
- Teaching experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with passion and musicality
- Must drive and have access to a car (lessons may be off-site in schools)
- Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
- Comfortable teaching both young beginners and progressing students
- Flexible and creative in your teaching approach

Pay:
- £14.00–£20.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Opportunities to grow hours and take on additional responsibilities over time
