We are offering this volunteer/ work expereince opportunity in law firm. Taking Phone calls, managing files, learing how firms works, clients behaviour etc . In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for data entry, with the ability to engage with customers in both English and in hindi, punjabi, urdu.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times, fostering a friendly and helpful atmosphere.
- Engage in upselling opportunities where appropriate, promoting additional services or products to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct analysis of call patterns to identify areas for improvement in service quality.
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Multilingual capabilities are an asset; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is particularly valuable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
