Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications and providing exceptional patient care.
Duties
- Accurately dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of medications, including labelling and documentation.
- Provide excellent patient care by answering queries regarding medications, usage instructions, and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking medications as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new medications, procedures, and best practices within the pharmacy setting.
Skills
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy dispenser is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
Hours can vary depending on the candidate from part time to full time.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
