A Gentleman having long term physical disability with constant pain, is seeking a dedicated, honest, punctual, compassionate, experienced, professional personal assistant to provide support in his daily life. This role involves assisting with personal care, meal preparation, support during mealtimes, and shopping duties.
Hours: Minimum 9hrs per week Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 9am to 12pm (Extra hours may be available)

Rate of Pay: £12.50 per hour.
Duties will include:
· Personal care including:
- Support with washing, dressing, and assisting nurses if required.
· Moving and handling – supporting safe transfers, hoisting and mobility needs.
· Meal preparation, assisting at mealtimes.
· Light domestic duties.
Requirements: Applicants must be reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, flexible, trustworthy, punctual, and possess previous experience and training related to a support role. Candidates should be car drivers, non-smokers, have excellent communication skills, show initiative, be honest, and be dog friendly. Experience in hoisting, manual handling, and personal care is essential.
Eligibility: This position is open to female applicants only, permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Additional Information: An enhanced DBS check and references will be completed prior to the start date for the successful applicant.
