About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Director of multiple fast-growing businesses. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that requires a proactive individual who can manage a wide range of tasks spanning administration, marketing and general business support.
No two days will be the same. You’ll be at the heart of business operations, helping to streamline processes, support day-to-day activities and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director across multiple businesses
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Draft and manage emails, documents and reports with precision and professionalism
- Support with marketing activities – including social media scheduling, content planning and basic design tasks
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors on behalf of the Director
- Help organise events, projects etc.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain organised records
- Conduct research and prepare summaries or presentations as needed
- Take initiative to suggest and implement process improvements
About You:
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar support role
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Confident using digital tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Office, Canva, social media)
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly
- Experience in marketing or creative industries is a bonus but not essential
