The Role
You will be an integral part of the Karaama Family, our success is your success! So sales experience within a target driven retail environment is essential - No previous Health & Beauty or Fragrance experience? No problem! You will have the opportunity to attend our unique Karaama Training Master Class, to learn how to take our customers on their own personal fragrance journey. With your creativity, newly gained knowledge on our heritage, and understanding of our beautiful luxury products and ranges - Success will be the outcome.
Essential prerequisites are your love of fragrance, you have the passion to deliver the best possible customer experience, have the ability to bring our brand to life and are tenacious!
The Reward
The reward for all your efforts is a competitive base salary, and the opportunity to increase your earning potential through our excellent sales performance-based bonus scheme. Base Salary + OTE (on target earnings) up to £300 per month
Outline Of Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales
- Be a confident traffic stopper - Establishing an engaging rapport with your customer with ease.
- Ability to engage naturally with each customer and acknowledge their individuality creating a fully unique and memorable experience for each individual - Whilst delivering the brand's sales techniques.
- Have sound knowledge of our product range from early ranges to present day and of new lines being launched.
- Driven, energised and focused on achieving your individual daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Whilst contributing to the Mall Concessions success and supporting the growth of the business.
- Ensure you are fully on boar and up to date with any sales promotions being offered by Karaama Fragrances.
- Cultivate new ideas to support maximising sales opportunities
In House Standards & Merchandising
- Have a keen eye for attention to detail - Maintaining the quality of merchandising and hygiene standards at all times.
- Be Health & Safety aware and support the business to keep our team and customers safe at all times.
Cash Handling & Till Transactions
- Process all sales transactions accurately & in a timely manner.
- All transactions to be managed in a secure manner.
- Complete the customer's purchase with confidence and care, making the customer feel valued and welcomed to return.
Communication & Working Relationships

- Desirable: Conversational to fluent speaking in Arabic would be advantageous.
You must have a UK permit to work.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English language
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn about different perfume products and brands
- Ability to work well in a team and independently

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
