About your Role


We are on the lookout for a detail oriented and proactive People Operations Administrator to join our People Operations team on a fixed-term basis. Whether it’s helping someone get set up on day one or making sure our HR systems are in top shape, you’ll be right at the heart of all things people related.


This is a hands-on role where you will support day to day HR Admin, ensure our people processes are followed, from onboarding through to offboarding.


This role will be fixed term (July 2025 - December 2026) based in Newry, Co.Down, Northern Ireland.


What You’ll Be Getting Involved In:

  • Helping shape a positive and inclusive culture by driving employee engagement activities that make a real impact.
  • Supporting how we structure our teams and plan for the future, making sure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.
  • Support and maintain all admin related to recruitment and the hiring and absence management process.
  • Assist and coordinate induction and onboarding.
  • Management and upkeep of HR systems and employee filing
  • Gaining hands-on experience with more complex employee relations issues, from performance management to conduct concerns, always ensuring a fair outcome.
  • Assist and coordinate delivery of the Performance Review process.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You’ve got around a year (or more!) of HR experience, ideally from a fast-paced or evolving business.
  • You’re a natural communicator who knows how to build relationships and influence people at all levels.
  • You like to take initiative, solve problems, and get stuck in, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • You’re super organised, detail-savvy, and great at juggling tasks without dropping the ball.
  • You’re comfortable learning your way around different HR systems and tools, and you’re quick to pick things up.

It would be great if you:

  • Experience with BambooHR
  • Experience working in a HR role with employees in different (global) locations
  • Fair employment monitoring/ Article 55 experience
