Are you passionate about people, employee experience, and driving a positive workplace culture? Due to growth within the team we are looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our team and play a key role in shaping the way we support and develop our people.

What you’ll do
As a People Advisor, you’ll be a go-to partner for managers and employees across the business. You will:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
- Support managers with employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement by promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Deliver on key HR initiatives such as onboarding, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and talent development.
- Work closely with the wider People team to implement projects that enhance the employee journey.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience in a People Advisor/HR Advisor role, this is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people.
- CIPD Level 5 Associate (or working towards) is essential.

Working Hours
You will be based at our Main Campus in Mansfield and there is the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week following probation. From time to time we may need to travel to our other sites across Nottinghamshire.
It’s important that we are available on site to support our people so you will be required to provide cover in the office between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and some flexibility is required to attend occasional out of standard hours events such as meetings/recruitment events.
