An exciting opportunity exists due to business expansion within our friendly and busy payroll team in Doncaster, for an experienced Payroll Administrator possessing full end to end payroll experience.
Working within an small established payroll team running full end to end payrolls. The successful applicant should possess end to end payroll processing within a similar payroll position, processing multiple payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/four weekly and a monthly basis.
Role Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team undertaking timely and accurate processing of payrolls via SAGE
- Calculation and processing of overtime hours
- Processing maternity/paternity statutory payments
- Processing of weekly/monthly auto enrolment pension payments updating with various pension providers
- Dealing with payroll queries and supporting the team with payroll processes
- Process PAYE, NI
- RTI submissions
- Dealing with starters/leavers P45/P46's
- HMRC liaison
Person Specification
- Ideally knowledge of SAGE payroll software (training can be provided)
- Experience within a similar full end to end payroll/payroll bureau role.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
