Pastoral Support Worker
Fixed Term: September – December 2025
Hours: 8:15am – 4:00pm | Term Time Only
Location: Wollaston School
Salary: Grade G, points 8 to 12

We are seeking a caring, motivated and proactive Pastoral Support Worker to join our pastoral team from September to Christmas 2025. This fixed-term role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of a small number of students who would benefit from additional support, guidance, and encouragement to reach their full potential.

If you have a passion for working with young people, strong interpersonal skills, and a calm, consistent approach, we would love to hear from you.
