1. Manage the orders coming through the QSR in a chronological manner
2. Direct the food runners when the food tray is set
3. Monitor if all of the dishes are plated correctly and notify the Chef if something is missing.
4. Assist the Chef de Pass in arranging the trays with the correct order.
5. Making sure the pass is ready with trays lined up before service.
6. Training new food runners and potential pass masters.
7. Thorough cleaning of the pass counter after every service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
