Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parts inventory, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring that all parts are accurately maintained and organised. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the parts inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist customers over the phone and in person with their parts inquiries, providing exceptional service at all times.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to order necessary parts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Organise the parts department and maintain a clean workspace.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls and inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
