What We Offer:
- Basic salary £28,000 + Uncapped commission scheme
- Generous bonus structure - OTE £35,000
- Monday - Friday only
- Uncapped commission with additional earnings from service plan sales

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving customers both face-to-face and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner
- Handling parts enquiries and orders, providing expert advice and support
- Supporting both the Parts Department and Front of House team with daily operations
- Proactively upselling service plans and parts to maximise earnings (uncapped commission)
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Parts or Front of House role (ideally both)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service and sales
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
