What You’ll Do:
- Build trusting, meaningful relationships with young people who have faced adversity
- Act as a role model and advocate, ensuring their voices are heard
- Support emotional wellbeing through Trauma-Informed Practice and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Promote safety, stability, and positive daily routines
- Assist young people with daily activities, appointments, and new experiences
- Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to excellence in care
What We’re Looking For:
- A compassionate, resilient individual driven by a passion for helping young people
- Experience working with children or young people in either professional or voluntary roles
- QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including some evenings and weekends
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
