The Grain Store Café, Restaurant & Bar is set in the grounds of historic Doddington Hall, where heritage meets contemporary in the Lincolnshire countryside.

We are looking for experienced waiting staff to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service, a friendly demeanour and enjoy working in a dynamic environment then we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are set and maintained impeccably, including cleaning and resetting between customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate the till and process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
Skills & Experience
- Hospitality experience, including waiting tables
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly and professional demeanour
Essential Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years+

- Availability to work weekends, evenings and school holidays
