We are looking for a reliable RECEPTIONIST for Wombats CITY Hostel London
- You need have rights to work in the UK legally and already based in London.
- You absolutely need to be able to handle any sort of situation in English.
- A passion for guest service from Backpackers for Backpackers
- Excellent communication skills
- Open, social caring and straightforward character who is also not afraid of sometimes an occasional stressful time
- working hours would be either 8am to 4pm/9am to 3pm or 4pm to midnight/3pm to 9pm
Your tasks:
- be a great host and offer our guests the best customer service
- reservation procedures
- Check-in/ Check-out for individual travellers and groups
- controlling bookings
- provide sightseeing information and insider tips
- dealing with customer inquiries
Salary: 13.10 GBP gross/per hour
