Part-Time Receptionist
Chapter One Restaurant – Locksbottom, BR6
We’re looking for a confident, dynamic person to join our team at Chapter One as a Part-Time Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and help lead the front-of-house team during busy shifts.
Main duties:
- Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, handle enquiries
- Oversee front-of-house operations during your shifts
- Open and close the restaurant, following set procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service
- Handle guest feedback professionally
You’ll need:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (supervisory a plus)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Calm, friendly, and professional under pressure
- Availability to work part-time, including weekends
