Job Summary
Due to our business expanding we are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our Patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised calendar for the office.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, in a timely manner.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Utilise software tools such as QuickBooks and Google Suite for various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance are essential for this role.
