We are currently looking for a Part time Purchasing Administrator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work within a small team in a fast-paced office environment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Placing and organising purchases with our suppliers
- Inputting & progressing purchase orders through our stock system
- Daily administrative duties relating to the role
- Support general administrative tasks
- Providing lunch cover (Answering phones, accepting deliveries)
Ideal Candidate:

- Competent on Microsoft Office
We will provide the ideal candidate with in-house training to understand our large product range, and training to use our internal stock system.
This is a part time position.
Hours of work:
Monday - 11:00am - 3:00pm
Friday 11:00am – 3:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
