Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa is looking for an experienced part time Porter to work at Lochgreen House Hotel.
Costley venues are well known for being some of the best hotels, restaurants, and wedding venues throughout the county of Ayrshire, Scotland. Each venue is unique in location, situated in some of the most scenic parts of Ayrshire, but similar in quality, providing luxury accommodation, quality dining, and first class service.
Duties include;
Security of the building and awareness of fire regulations
Knowledge of dealing with guests
Light housekeeping duties
The ideal candidate;
- Experience as concierge or Porter is advantageous
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Have a genuine want to create a memorable experience for guests
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- Aptitude in problem solving with a customer-focused orientation
