Mozolowski & Murray Ltd have a part-time opportunity for a Payroll/Accounts Administrator to join their team in Kinross. The role demands accuracy, diligence and the ability to multitask effectively. They should be able to manage all aspects of payroll in a timely and accurate manner as well as assisting with a busy purchase ledger.
The company uses a bespoke payroll package therefore training will be given, purchase ledger processing is through Xero.
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Office Based
Hours can be flexible over Mon-Thurs during 0900-1700, 20-24hrs per week.
Start date to be confirmed.
Hourly Rate: £14.50ph
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and reviewing timesheets, expense forms and holiday request forms electronically or manually.
- Calculating payable hours
- Providing information and answering questions about payroll related matters.
- Training will also be given to enable assistance with purchase ledger.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience working in payroll and purchase ledger
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
