Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in a hospitality environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere during their stay. Previous experience in hotel or janitorial services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a tidy environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning equipment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
