Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
- Support other restaurant staff as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards guest services and teamwork.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
