We are looking for a taproom supervisor for our brewery taproom in Frensham near Farnham.
The roll involves all aspects of running a rural taproom and cafe in a wonderfull country side setting.
The right candidates, must have passion for craft beer and be involved and knowledgeable about the beers we brew. 1 years experience in the hospitality industry. A friendly welcoming attitude and their own transport to get to the brewery.
We also operate as a café so barista training would be helpful, but we can give onsite training. You would also be responsible for opening and closing the taproom.
Days of work would be Wednesday to Sunday. The taproom opens 10am until 9pm.
20-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations in the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective communication.
- Oversee food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in food preparation and service, contributing to a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality and presentation of dishes.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: £14.40 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
