Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Finance/Office Clerk to join our team. As a valued member of a small office based in Cheshunt you work alongside both the Finance Manager & Office Manager on daily tasks. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of excel and word and fluent on the busy phone lines therefore a very organised candidate is required. Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts is desirable although training will be offered to the right candidate. You will have full control of the sales ledger which includes producing 700+ invoices per month.

This position will be four hours per day Monday to Friday. Flexible start time although ideally 9am - 1pm. Ideal candidate will be able to work extra hours to cover holidays and sickness when necessary.

Qualifications:

-Sage 50 accounts package
- Previous experience in office administration an essential
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

This position is an immediate start and is working 20 hrs per week (days) Monday -- Friday in the Cheshunt area.
